Mild-mannered Pierre (Thomas Salvador) quits his job on a whim, pitches his tent amidst the glaciers above Chamonix and feels no desire to return to civilization.

He strikes up a tentative friendship with Léa (Louise Bourgoin), the chef of the cable car station restaurant, who agrees to bring him provisions as they slowly build a relationship. This gorgeous and pensive film features stunning Alpine photography and a delicate love story nestled at its heart, but also benefits from the most delightfully unexpected plot twist. Actor-director Salvador gives a beautifully understated performance against the majesty of Mont Blanc.
